About Newcopia
Soil insight and lease-linked stewardship for landowners and operators who share accountability for farmland.
Newcopia is building landlord soil certification: measurable soil standards tied to the farmland lease, with monitoring that owners and tenants can both read. The product sits where ownership and operation are separate, and where long-horizon land value depends on what happens in the dirt every season.
What we work on
Over 40% of Canadian farmland is rented. Most leases still treat soil as a residual clause. Newcopia gives landowners a way to set soil expectations, lock them before sampling, and track whether those expectations are met across seasons. Predictive modeling and financial translation sit behind that record so stewardship shows up in asset language, not only in agronomy notes.
Where we are
The company is early-stage and Alberta-based. Level 1 certification (lock-before-sample) is the shipping focus. Field calibration runs through agronomist networks and landowners who want measured baselines on leased ground. A password-gated preview portal shows parcel-level soil analytics for representative Canadian farmland.
Operator
Newcopia is the trade name of 2809826 Alberta Inc., an Alberta corporation. On this site, Newcopia is the public brand; the legal name appears in footers and legal notices.
